Hobity Child Safety Standards
Hobity has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our standard
Hobity is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age stated in Hobity’s Terms of Service.
Regardless of age restrictions, Hobity prohibits any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
This includes:
- Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.
- Sextortion involving a child.
- Trafficking or solicitation involving children.
- The sexualisation or exploitation of minors.
- The creation, possession, sharing, or distribution of child sexual abuse material.
Reporting concerns
Users can report accounts, messages, activities, Moments, communities, and other user-generated content through Hobity’s in-app reporting tools.
Reports involving possible child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment will be prioritised for review.
How Hobity responds
When Hobity becomes aware of content or behaviour that may violate these standards, Hobity may:
- Remove or restrict access to prohibited content.
- Restrict or permanently suspend involved accounts.
- Preserve relevant account or content information where legally required.
- Cooperate with law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
- Report confirmed or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the appropriate regional authority, in accordance with applicable law.
Immediate danger
Anyone who believes a child is in immediate danger should contact their local emergency services or law-enforcement authority.
