Activity and community information
When you create or join activities, Hobity stores information such as activity titles, descriptions, hobby tags, scheduled times, approximate locations, visibility settings, participant lists, activity chat messages, and any related Moments.
Location and map privacy
Hobity uses location information to help you discover nearby activities and power map-based features. Activities are only visible according to the visibility settings selected by the host.
Photos, Moments, and shared experiences
Photos, videos, and Moments you upload may be visible to other users depending on where they are shared and the visibility settings you choose.
Messages and notifications
Hobity stores direct messages, activity chats, community chats, and notification information so users can communicate, receive updates, and stay informed about activities, follows, communities, and Moments.
Safety, reports, and moderation
Reports, blocks, moderation actions, and related safety information may be stored to investigate abuse, protect users, prevent fraud, and maintain a trusted community.
How information is used
We use your information to provide Hobity’s core features, personalise discovery, manage activities and communities, deliver notifications, improve safety, investigate abuse, and maintain the reliability of the platform.

Account deletion
You can request account deletion directly within Hobity. When an account is deleted, associated personal information is removed or anonymised where appropriate, although some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or moderation purposes.
